Our menu is one of a kind.
Our fried fish recipe was handed to us by Jodi Risser, a former Corpus Christi veterinarian. This fried fish recipe along with our on-site hand-breaded fried shrimp recipe continues to be the most requested items on our menu.

Shrimp & Rice, another popular specialty dish was created by Corliss's father, Carlos Moore. He was a native of Port Aransas and founder of Bilmore & Son, a popular hardware & sporting goods store in Port Aransas still operating today by a family member.

Our crab cake recipe was given to us by Dub Myers, a native commercial fisherman. A popular dish with the locals, our fried drum or fried oysters which are cooked in a simple southern style using our family recipe of cornmeal and spices.

The Shrimp Creole dish was furnished by Leslie Galloway, a long-time employee.

The spicy Chatter Jack dish is Ernie's creation and the Corn Bake side is Corliss's creation.
